We sell locally to Native American and non-Native American customers. Our sales take place in our store. Our customers can pick up their orders in the store or arrange for an alternate method of delivery for their convenience. This website is for customers of 7 Leaf Trading Post only, who are of legal age to purchase and use tobacco products. If you are not legally allowed to purchase or use tobacco products you may not visit our website or order any of our products. We do not sell to minors. You may buy tobacco products from us for personal use only. Our tobacco products are not intended for resale or for redistribution to a minor. If you are attempting to buy any tobacco product from us for resale or distribution to a person not of legal age to use tobacco products, you are violating our terms of service, and you may be subject to prosecution. 7 Leaf Trading Post transacts all sales here in the store which is located on sovereign Native American land. We charge no sales tax as there are no taxes levied by the Agua Caliente tribe. Therefore any state or local taxes are the responsibility of the purchasers.

You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping.
